HOW TO DE-STRESS YOURSELF


For everyone there comes a time when it is all too much to take and the hectic schedules and deadlines make a person stressed. It drains you internally and you feel illness in a different way.

Here are some ways you DE-stress yourself when needed.

Meditate
Cutting yourself from the environment and breathing in and out slowly will help you to calm your body and you feel start feeling better.

Eat mood boosting foods
Try eating happy fruits like banana and berries which helps you to regulate the mood. Also, eating dark chocolate helps to calm down the stress hormone which is totally effective in this situation.

Listen to music 
Listening to smooth music will help you to calm the state of mind, relax the tense muscles and lower your heart rate. 

Unplug 
Close your emails and mobile phones and take time out for yourself to relax even its for 15-20 mins. This will help you to relax and free your mind from stressful things.

Take hot bath
Heat will relax your muscles and it will help you relax in the long bath.
