WORKOUT FOR LAZY PEOPLE

If you want to get into shape but are too lazy to get to the gym and workout. There we have for you a popular 7-min workout which can be even done on the busiest days of your life. 

It is a full body workout that targets your arms, legs, core and your gluteal muscles. There is no need of any equipment and it can be done anywhere on any time. 
In this 7 min workout there are 12 exercises for 30 sec with 10 sec rest in all. 

Here they are;

1- jumping Jacks ( which targets your whole body) 
2- wall sit ( targeting your lower body) 
3- Push ups ( your upper body)
4- Abdominal crunches ( strengthens your core) 
5- Step up on chair ( Total body) 
6- Squats ( Lower Body) 
7- Triceps on chair ( targets Upper body)
8- Plank ( core )
9- Running in place ( total ) 
10 - Lunge Alternative ( lower body) 
11- Push ups and rotation ( Upper body) 
12- Side plank both sides for 15 sec each ( core) 



If anyone is not feeling lazy and is not running late can repeat it twice or thrice for more effective results.
