Ramzan All around the world are celebrated in the best way
possible. As it is a month of unlimited blessings from our Allah!People are hyped up for this month as they stack up
different food items for their Sehri and Iftar.
In Pakistan, there is always
some favorite food on every household table which mostly includes Samosas, Pakoras, Fried rolls, Fries and the list of oily things goes on with addition
to Rooh Afza and Doodh Soda which are most preferable drinks in Iftar.
The only healthy item on the table is the fruit- salad as
it provides you nutrients which play a vital role in the health and maintenance
of the body.So here is the deal, people should avoid made in oil stuff
and if they want to they should fry it in olive oil instead regular oil to have
a healthy lifestyle.
Also, people should take vegetable soups which will help you
to hydrate in iftar and fresh juices as their drinks. Eat proteins like chicken, beans and legumes. Keeping a
balanced diet is important by incorporating them in a proper manner for your
fast.
Don’t forget to get your fiber in Sehri through oatmeal with
handful fruits to keep you full all day.
