HOW TO DE-STRESS YOURSELF


For everyone there comes a time when it is all too much to take and the hectic schedules and deadlines make a person stressed. It drains you internally and you feel illness in a different way.

Here are some ways you DE-stress yourself when needed.

Meditate
Cutting yourself from the environment and breathing in and out slowly will help you to calm your body and you feel start feeling better.

Eat mood boosting foods
Try eating happy fruits like banana and berries which helps you to regulate the mood. Also, eating dark chocolate helps to calm down the stress hormone which is totally effective in this situation.

Listen to music 
Listening to smooth music will help you to calm the state of mind, relax the tense muscles and lower your heart rate. 

Unplug 
Close your emails and mobile phones and take time out for yourself to relax even its for 15-20 mins. This will help you to relax and free your mind from stressful things.

Take hot bath
Heat will relax your muscles and it will help you relax in the long bath.

Don't wanna go out? Running low on budget? Go to your kitchen and make it at home. There are many things in our kitchen through which we can make a lot of our favorite foods right when we crave for them.

Here are some quick snacks you can make easily at your home with no hustle.

Bread Pizza
Craving for a pizza but running low on a budget is everyone’s story now a days. But nobody runs out of these ingredients which will easily fulfill your cravings.
All you need is;
- a bread slice or more slices if you want
- chicken properly cooked according to flavor
- Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- Vegetables of your choice
Place chicken, cheese and vegetables of your choice on bread and put it in the oven for 1-2 mins. It is ready to eat.

Flavored popcorn

Having a movie time at home and missing cinema’s flavored popcorn. You only need two to three things to make them taste like heaven.
- Dark chocolate melted
- Any sauce of choice
To make them sweet you can drizzle chocolate over it and for spicy or sour your sauce or seasoning you like. Give it a good toss and enjoy your downtime.

Mac n cheese
Its everyone’s favorite but who does an effort. Now you can make it easily in a mug.
You just need;
- Pasta
- Cheddar Cheese
- Milk
- Water
Put all these ingredients in the mug and put it in the oven for about 5 min and here you go your mac n cheese in just 5 mins.

Frozen yogurt
It beats any ice cream cravings by just some home ingredients and you are ready to scoop it.
- Yogurt
- Chocolate chips
- Honey
- Peanut Butter
- Fruit of any choice
Mix all of these and freeze for an hour or two and enjoy your ice cream at home.

Toothpaste

The name you hear rarely but tangled jewelry disturbs you daily. So if you sprinkle cornflour on your shoe laces and jewelry you will find the segments and easily untangle them.

On a camping or a place where you cannot find fire you can use your regular chips or Doritos to light up and keep yourself warm and cozy.

WORKOUT FOR LAZY PEOPLE

TIPS ON IMPROVING SLEEP





Most of our young generation faces this problem now days due to their irregular and unhealthy habits which sometimes lead to serious problems.

Some are the tips any person can follow to achieve that good night sleep.

 Avoid irregular snacking
It is done mostly in the late hours or not eating the regular dinner and eating junk food instead which eventually causes disturbance in the sleep pattern.

Don’t make power naps a whole sleeping session
At night, eventually you will not fall sleep faster and it will disturb the sleeping pattern the other day too.

Avoid caffeine in late hours
It will make your body active and your body will not be able to relax naturally and you will not be able to sleep.

A healthy routine
Try keeping a healthy sport, walking or exercise which will help you to have a better sleep at night.

Other methods
