BENEFITS OF SAVING MONEY

Many times when you are earning or getting a pocket money from parents we tend to buy different things from it and splurge onto many things we don't even need without realizing that this money can also make wonders if it is used properly or saved. This never goes through our mind because we are not aware of the advantages of saving some money for ourselves.

Security 
Every day we have different expenditures and different things to buy which in the end can even choke us as we run out of some money and have no idea what to do next. So the saved money can actually save us from that difficult time.

GROW VEGETABLES AND FRUITS AT HOME

In our lives there is some time where we run out of some basic items which we need for cooking our meals and for dishes to eat. Instead of always running to nearby grocery stores and vegetables stands some items it can be grown in home and will save you a lot of time. Gardening is also a good hobby for the people as it makes you eat fresh and make environment cleaner and better. 

Here are some fruits and vegetables of daily usage which can be easily grown at home in a pot.

Tomato
Taking out clean seeds and putting them in the potting mixture to germinate for seven days by covering it. After that keep it in the sunlight and transfer it to a pot when they have started to sprout. Water it, time to time and wait for them to ripen up.

Carrots
Spread small seeds of carrot in the pot and water them by keeping in sunlight to germinate. After a while keep a check a on it and make sure now they have space of inches in between them to grow. Don't let them dry and keep giving them water time to time enjoy them when they are fully ripened.

Lemon 
Place the seeds of the lemon in the moisten soil and place them in the middle of it. Cover them and poke some holes for eventually spraying water to keep it moist when you see sprouting, remove the sheet and keep it in a sunny place and keep it moist. Wait till it fully develops.

Coriander
Plot by splitting the seeds in pot in rows and water them by keeping in a good sunlight by covering them. It germinates faster and you will be able to see full grown leaves in 4 weeks of it’s plantation

Strawberries 
Put their seeds in the hanging basket or a pot with spaces between them to grow in proper sunlight and well drained soil. Make sure to remove runners when they start appear for their growth and enjoy juicy ripped strawberries.

Most of our young generation faces this problem now days due to their irregular and unhealthy habits which sometimes lead to serious problems.

Some are the tips any person can follow to achieve that good night sleep.

 Avoid irregular snacking
It is done mostly in the late hours or not eating the regular dinner and eating junk food instead which eventually causes disturbance in the sleep pattern.

Don’t make power naps a whole sleeping session
At night, eventually you will not fall sleep faster and it will disturb the sleeping pattern the other day too.

Avoid caffeine in late hours
It will make your body active and your body will not be able to relax naturally and you will not be able to sleep.

A healthy routine
Try keeping a healthy sport, walking or exercise which will help you to have a better sleep at night.

Other methods
